Qualifications of Gus R. Lesnevich

Four years as a
CID Agent (Criminal Investigator).

Trained in the field of Questioned Document Examination in the U.S.
Military Crime Laboratory.

Recruited by the
United States Secret Service, where he worked as a Senior Document Examiner.

Twenty-four years
in private practice, during which time he has been retained by U.S. Attorneys,
Federal and State Law Enforcement Agencies, Legal Aid and Public Defenders as
well as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in the private sector.

Qualified and
testified as an expert witness in all courts of the United States Armed
Forces; numerous state courts and Federal courts throughout the United States
as well as judicial systems overseas.
